Owner Nico Manuel, who started roasting beans in his parents' garage in nearby Ocean Ridge, opened it in July 2026 in the former Briny Hair Salon, keeping the salon's "Briny" window lettering and a pair of its old hair dryer chairs in the decor. Coffee is roasted in Delray Beach and served as espresso and coffee drinks alongside pastries and baked goods, with plans to add locally sourced grocery items from nearby vendors.
