La Gourmandine is a traditional French bakery and pastry shop founded in 2010 by Fabien and Lisanne Moreau, who were both born and raised in France; Fabien trained at the Lenôtre Culinary Institute in Paris. The Second Avenue shop in Hazelwood is home to its central bakery and a storefront, and is one of five La Gourmandine locations in Pittsburgh, along with Lawrenceville, Mt.
