Paper Son at Soon and Soon is a weekend coffee window on Grant Avenue in San Francisco's Chinatown, run by Paper Son Coffee in collaboration with chef Brandon Jew's Mister Jiu's team. It reopened the tiny Soon and Soon space in 2026 as a walk-up stop for coffee in the heart of the neighborhood.
It is one of two current Paper Son locations, alongside the company's downtown shop on 2nd Street. Bitcoin is accepted via Lightning through Square.

Products and Services
Paper Son roasts its own espresso and house drip coffee, and the menu pairs classics like drip coffee, espresso, lattes and cappuccinos with Asian American–inspired specials such as the Guava Pillow, Pandan Aerocano and Cardamom Cappuccino.
For non-coffee drinkers there are options like a Thai Tea Cloud, matcha latte and matcha passionfruit soda. Paper Son also offers catering and gift cards.
