Paradisos del Sol is a small, family-owned organic winery and vineyard in Zillah, in Washington's Yakima Valley. It is run by winegrower Paul Vandenberg, who has more than 40 vintages behind him, and Barbara Sherman, who runs the tasting room. The vineyard is farmed organically without pesticides, and the winery promises no tasting fees.
The owners have stopped making new wine and are now selling their remaining vintages, so visitors are encouraged to call ahead, especially during harvest and winter. Bitcoin is accepted via Lightning through Square.

Products and Services
The tasting room pours the winery's own organic wines, including Oyster White, Sève, B's Blend, Sangiovese and Rojo Paradiso, plus specialties such as Paul's Mocha Stuff, Zort and Angelica. Wines can also be ordered through the winery's online shop.
Paradisos del Sol offers an organic vineyard tour with a tasting for $25, held at 9 a.m. every day except Saturday.
