Cupcakes are made to order, with guests choosing the cake, icing, swirls and toppings, alongside cookies baked daily, ice cream swirls with mix-ins, milkshakes and grab-and-go cake bites such as Birthday, Brownie and Churro. It also takes pre-orders for custom cakes, ice cream cakes and dessert catering. Swirl has won Charlotte Magazine Best of the Best awards for best cupcakes and best ice cream sandwich, and was named to the Charlotte Observer's Foodie Bucket List.
