Tortoise Pizza is a family-run pizza window on the patio of Nothing's Left Brewing Co. in Tulsa's Pearl District. After nearly three years as a food truck on the same patio, owner Sean Lavery moved into a permanent brick-and-mortar space with an expanded menu.
The pizza is kept simple: dough made from three organic flours, water and sea salt, and a tomato sauce made only from good tomatoes. The brewery is kid and dog friendly with a large patio, and you can also call ahead for takeout. Accepts Bitcoin via Lightning through Square.

Tortoise Pizza serves sourdough pizzas in red and white styles, from a plain tomato pie, margherita and New York cheese to the Hornet with pepperoni, jalapenos and honey, a Montreal all-dressed, sausage and onion, bacon and fig jam, and a Bianco Siciliano with soppressata and olives.
The menu also includes sourdough Tortoise bread with olive oil, sea salt and garlic (with an optional cheese topping) and Deb's Caesar salad with slow-cooked bacon. Pizzas can be eaten on the brewery patio or ordered by phone for takeout, up to six pizzas per order.
