The facility has two weight rooms with selectorized machines and free weights, rows of treadmills, a boxing zone with heavy and speed bags, a sprint and sled area, a walking track, a separate women's gym room and showers, plus smoothies and supplements, and it offers corporate wellness memberships and tours for new members. It is open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
