The menu offers halal chicken kebab, lamb kofta and USDA Prime shawarma brisket in footlong lavash wraps or over cardamom basmati rice, plus homemade green falafel, vegan Egyptian koshary, mezze boxes, and housemade hummus, baba ghanoush and green tahini.
